Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

No refunds will be issued for any reason.

No returns or exchanges are accepted.

Orders cannot be canceled after they have been submitted.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping and billing information is accurate before placing an order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or if we made an error with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and contents.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages after delivery confirmation.

Customers are encouraged to use secure delivery locations and monitor tracking information.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for matters covered under this policy. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in the customer being permanently banned from future purchases and may be disputed with supporting documentation.
